Please find attached the membership renewal form for 2012 - click on the PC icon to the left. Please print and complete the form and send it to Margaret Allday with your cheque. Payment can also be made by BACS to HSBC Bank sort - code 40 24 37 account no: 91432303 quoting your surname as a reference. Please advise Margaret if you are paying by this method and please also send in the form or you will not be a full member. Please also complete the Gift Aid Declaration carefully and legibly if you are a UK taxpayer.
Membership and insurance cover will both automatically terminate if the subscription is not paid by January 31st and you will not be eligible to compete in Area competitions in 2012. From Jan 31st, you will also not be allowed to attend rallies/practices or competitions until you have renewed.
